  • You must not submit:

    • names of real artists, bands, or celebrities,

    • copyrighted material,

    • offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property & License

  • All intellectual property rights in the generated songs, lyric videos, and other content remain owned by SongsRequest.com.

  • Upon payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated content for personal, creative, or commercial purposes, unless otherwise restricted in writing.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of SongsRequest.com outputs without explicit permission.

5. Payment & Credits

  • Payment for services is due upon order confirmation.

  • We accept major credit cards via Stripe.

  • Credit bundles purchased on SongsRequest.com are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: within 24 hours.

  • Express delivery: within 12 hours.

  • Teaser previews may be generated within a shorter timeframe.

  • While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen technical or operational issues.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy as published on the website.

  • Cancellations may incur fees depending on the stage of production.

  • Once a song or lyric video has been generated, refunds are not possible except where required by law.

8. Content Guidelines & Liability Disclaimer

  • SongsRequest.com is not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of the content generated based on user input.
